Changing Colleges
This information is for current or former University of Iowa students who want to apply to a different undergraduate degree program than the one they are enrolled in (or were previously enrolled in).
If you want to switch majors within the same college, you should contact your academic adviser and the dean's office for that college.

- Apply Online at least two weeks before classes begin.
Applying to the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences
- Applicants must have a UI and cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of at least 1.85 on less than 30 semester hours or at least a 2.00 on 30 or more semester hours.

Applying to the College of Medicine
- Review the admission requirements for the programs in Clinical Laboratory Science, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or Radiation Sciences, depending on your interest.
