We are looking forward to your upcoming visit to the University of Iowa! In order for our office to adequately prepare for your visit, please read and sign the Group Visitation Agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until this agreement is signed and returned.

1. I understand that my reservation is not complete until I agree and submit this agreement.
2. I understand that every student is required to register using the link that will be provided to me at least one week prior to the date of the visit in order to participate.
3. I understand that there is a 15-minute arrival window, and, if my group is running late, the University of Iowa is not obligated to accommodate the originally scheduled agenda. If an unforeseen incident delays our arrival, I will notify the Admissions Visitor Center (319-335-1566) immediately.
4. I agree to notify the Office of Admissions of any changes to group size at least one week prior to our visit. Notification of this change can be sent to the Special Group Visit Coordinator at elizabeth-evans@uiowa.edu.
5. I understand that my group is required to have 1 chaperone for every 15 students, and that at least one chaperone should go with each tour group.
6. I understand that it is the chaperones’ responsibility to control excessive talking, student cell phone usage, lagging behind, and/or any actions that are not appropriate for a campus visit. All Admissions staff members, including student staff, have the right to end visits early in which inappropriate behavior occurs. Furthermore, the Office of Admissions reserves the right to deny future visits based on past behavior.
7. If I need to cancel my group’s visit, I will call the Admissions Visitor Center at 319-335-1566 or contact Elizabeth Evans at elizabeth-evans@uiowa.edu at least two business days before the visit.
8. I understand that the University of Iowa does not have parking available for buses, and that buses must park at the Coral Ridge Mall, located at 1451 Coral Ridge Ave, Coralville, IA 52241.
