How to Apply
Submit your application.
You can apply through the University of Iowa application or the Common Application (fall session only). We make admission decisions on a rolling basis beginning in September based on college-specific admission requirements.
Pay the application fee.
The $55 application fee is non-refundable.
Have your ACT or SAT scores sent by the testing agency.
Our institution code is 1356 for the ACT; 6681 for the SAT.

Regular admission deadline
Due to space concerns from a high volume of applications for Fall 2025, students who submit an application and meet the published admission requirements after March 1, 2025, will be placed on a waitlist. Students on the waitlist are not eligible for merit-based scholarships and will only be accepted on a space-available, case-by-case basis.
