Admissions Recruiting Material Request

The form below is for University of Iowa departments to request recruiting material from the Office of Admissions. Please fill out the entire form, and we will respond with the types of material we are able to provide (you will be required to pick up the requested materials). Requests will be filled on a first come first serve basis and we request a minimum of 7 days advance notice. Admissions materials are for student recruiting purposes only. Admissions has a number of materials available for many different purposes, and we want to make sure that the correct materials are provided to the appropriate audiences.
