The University of Iowa is coming to Des Moines to showcase our undergraduate programs in health sciences!
Join other future Hawkeyes interested in the health sciences field for Preview Iowa: Health Sciences. An evening designed to show you all the places a health sciences degree from the University of Iowa can take you.
Agenda
The event's activities will include:
- 5:30-6:15 p.m. Check-in: Enjoy complimentary refreshments, participate in hands-on activities, and speak with representatives from several health sciences related undergraduate majors.
- 6:15-7:30 p.m. Program: University of Iowa Associate Professor of Anatomy and Cell Biology Marc Pizzimenti, PhD, will give a keynote presentation. Then hear from current grad students in health sciences programs.
- 7:30-8:00 p.m. Networking Reception: Get your questions answered about life at the University of Iowa and beyond while mingling with successful and supportive Iowa alumni, current students, admissions counselors, and academic advising representatives.
