What would people be surprised to know about you?

Tennis has always been a huge part of my life. I have been to 3 of the 4 tennis grand slams and hope to cross off the Australian Open in 2028.

My favorite thing about working in Admissions

I love getting to connect with students and families about going out of state! I remember what it was like applying as a first-generation student who wanted to go out of state but had no idea what to being looking for. It's really special to be a part of helping someone discover what that next chapter could look like.

Iowa City “Must Do and Must See” Locations

Go for a walk around the ped mall! There are some cool shops and so many fun coffee shops in Iowa City. Java House is my current favorite coffee shop! It's on my bucket list to see the Hawkeye Wave at Kinnick Stadium!

What makes Iowa such a great place?

The opportunities students have for experiential learning are so impressive! The faculty genuinely care about students having an individualized experience to set them up for success on the path they want to be on. The community is incredible!
