"I chose the University of Iowa because of the strong sense of community on campus. The warm and inclusive atmosphere fostered by both the university itself and the city of Iowa City was key to my decision to come to the University of Iowa. This integration between the city and the university contributes significantly to creating an enriching campus community."

Madison chose to major in Management with a Human Resource Management track because it combines her love for working with people and solving problems. The dynamic nature of HR both challenges and excites her as she looks forward to contributing to both employee well-being and organizational success.

Assuming the role of a campus tour guide and also managing the Tour Guide Program's scheduling has proven profoundly influential in her personal and professional growth. Engaging with the admissions office and actively participating in the Tour Guide Program has not only been fulfilling but has also provided her with hands-on experience in engaging with prospective students, fostering a deep connection to the university.

The most memorable experience she has had as a student at Iowa has to be when she and her friends got to rush the field at Kinnick after they won the Penn State game during the fall of 2021 when Iowa was on an undefeated 6-0 record!

As she concludes her senior year, she has found immense gratification in engaging with the specialized curriculum offered by the Tippie College of Business that pertains to her Management major. Her time in the HR track in Tippie has not only allowed her to create meaningful connections with her peers but has also provided her with invaluable opportunities to build relationships with her professors.
