Lauren comes from a family of Hawkeye fans. She chose the University of Iowa because she was coming as an undecided major and felt that between the highly ranked programs, she would find her passion.

She is a member of the Pre-Physical Therapy club and it has been very helpful to her in terms of getting exposure to the physical therapy world through job opportunities and volunteer work.

"My best advice would be to make your experience what you want it to be. Push yourself to meet people and find ways to get involved. You never know what you will get out of it and it will help to make your college experience the best it can be!"
