"It doesn't matter what time of year, what season, or what our winning status is—our campus will always rally behind our Hawkeyes."

Morgan loves that her future career in engineering will involve problem-solving, innovation, and life-altering technology. One of her favorite classes so far has been Manufacturing Processes.

Choosing the University of Iowa was easy for her, as she felt welcomed from her very first visit. "I have never met faculty, students, and locals as helpful and compassionate as I have found here in Iowa City. Specifically, the College of Engineering has provided me with amazing study opportunities and some of my best friends."

Morgan is currently serving on the executive board for the Society of Women Engineers, a role that means a lot to her. "This organization is very close to my heart because it provides me with a group of girls who are uplifting and also understanding of the adversities we face in a male-dominated career field."

Her most memorable experience as a student was attending her first-ever Hawkeye football game. "I am an out-of-state student who never really got to experience the electricity that is gameday, let alone Iowa football. That first football game truly lives rent-free in my mind and made me so proud to be a Hawkeye."

Her advice to prospective students is, "Be yourself, know your values, and branch out. There are so many amazing people you haven't even met yet. And... GO HAWKS!"
