The University of Iowa recommends students apply by November 1 to maximize opportunities for college and/or department scholarships, honors program applications, housing applications, and other institutional deadlines. Students must apply no later than March 1 for scholarship consideration.

Test Score Information for Students Applying for Fall 2022

We encourage Fall 2021 students to apply for admission even if they do not have a test score. An individual review process will be used to make an initial admission decision for students who do not self-report a test score as part of their application.
